Every item shipped from us is fully insured via USPS or UPS. Please note, delivery time for standard shipping can range from 1 – 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. A shipping charge of $6.95 is applied to orders under $100.

Shipping to APOs and FPOs Deliveries to APOs and FPOs are shipped using the US Postal Service. A shipping charge of $6.95 is applied to orders under $100.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are shipped using the US Postal Service. A shipping charge of $6.95 is applied to orders under $100.

Shipping to U.S. Terriroties Deliveries to U.S. Terrirtories are shipped at a flat rate of $14.95.

Shipping restrictions:

• UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. If you submit an order to either of these your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
• All UPS shipments are only delivered during the 5 day business week. There are no deliveries on Saturday’s or Sunday’s.
• Mister Watch Online ships Monday through Friday.
• Orders received after 5:00pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

For items marked available to ship within 3-5 business days:
This means the item is currently in stock at the factory or our distributors. As soon as the order is placed, the item will be reserved at the factory or our distributors and will be processed to be shipped to our warehouse for inspection.

Moreover, all items are inspected three times (once by the factory or our distributors, once when it arrives at our warehouse, and once before it is shipped) to ensure its condition, quality and accuracy prior to shipment.

If we discover that the item is damaged, defective or out of stock, we will notify you and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will also have the option to cancel the order or purchase a different watch if you so desire.

Order Delivery:
Orders shipped out via UPS or USPS may require a signature for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, your local UPS or USPS driver may leave the item at your doorstep area or the driver may hold onto the package for a second delivery attempt. If you know in advance that you will not be home to personally receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the UPS or USPS driver to make alternative arrangements.

Shipping Problems:
On the rare occasion that an item is received damaged or not received at all, UPS or USPS must conduct an investigation. Please contact Mister Watch Online to initiate a package investigation as soon as possible. You cannot initiate an investigation yourself, only we can do so. Do not discard the original shipping carton, as the carrier may want to inspect it.

UPS or USPS claims usually take about two weeks to process. If UPS or USPS claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your order, insurance reimbursement will be issued to Mister Watch Online and a replacement item will be shipped out to you. If that item is no longer available, and a similar watch is not wanted, we will refund your payment.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided:
Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to avoid unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.

Refusal of Delivery:
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Mister Watch Online. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to avoid unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.

Item Problems:
If the item you receive is not what was ordered, is defective, or is just not what you wanted, please contact Mister Watch Online as soon as possible. The sooner we are contacted the quicker and easier the process will be.  Also, please make sure you are familiar with our return policy.
